Terms and Conditions

Please do read through these terms and conditions prior to placing your order. 

Fabrics: 

Our fabrics are for outdoor use only.  They are shower/water ‘resistant’ not water ‘proof’ and therefore we do not anticipate them being left out all year round.  This would inevitably result in their deterioration.  They will withstand a light shower but should be protected in heavier rain. 

Prices and Payment: 

Our prices are largely dependent on the fabric you select and whether or not we are suppling inserts. We have a guide to pricing on our website although we will always create a bespoke quote following every enquiry. On your acceptance, we will send an invoice which will require payment in full before we start work on your cushions. Receipt of payment will be acknowledged by Amelfi in writing.

Delivery: 

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your cushions to arrive once you have placed an order and we have received full payment. Mainland UK delivery costs are factored into our prices, therefore, once you have placed an order, there will be no further charges for receiving your cushions. Where possible (i.e Hampshire) we will hand deliver your cushions but further afield we will use our standard courier service. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy: 

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our work, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order is in progress. We anticipate that all orders will be fulfilled on time however delays against estimated delivery dates will not entitle the buyer to cancel the order. We will, of course, keep you informed of any disruption to your order.

Measurements: 

All measurements will be confirmed by Amelfi in the initial quote, however the client accepts all responsibility for their own measurements.
